You can delete your game account and the data linked to it at any time, directly inside the Game.
Delete in the Game (instant)
- Open the Game and tap the Settings (gear) icon.
- Open the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
The deletion happens right away. The Game then restarts with a fresh, empty save. The Delete account button appears once your game is linked to Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS). If you never linked an account, nothing is stored on our servers; uninstalling the Game removes the local save.
Can't open the Game?
Email bisocstudio@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data" and your Player ID (shown in the Game's account screen). We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your player account and Player ID
- Your cloud save: heroes, pets, gems, items and progress
- Your Arena defense team, trophies and leaderboard entry
- The save stored on your device
What we may keep
- Purchase and tax records that we are required by law to keep
- Payment records held by Google Play, which are governed by Google's own policies
- Anonymous analytics and crash reports collected through Firebase, kept for a limited period under Google's retention settings
Good to know
- Uninstalling the Game does not delete data stored on our servers. Use the steps above first.
- Deletion is permanent. Your progress and any unspent virtual items cannot be restored, and purchases are not refunded.
